Sometimes we get frustrated in to many ways, we can deal with frustration by processing and understanding. Aggressively taking actions against stress and emotions that ruin our energy.

If you have alot of responsibility, and your hands are full of task and obligation. Use enjoyment to counter-attack the anger. Enjoy the things your doing everyday, enjoy those accomplishments.

Don't sit back and let all these factors weigh on you. The best thing you can do is write it out, talk it out. It will help you understand the problems you are facing. Enough action and you will find your solution.
