Overcome Frustration being Physically Active
I believe there is a way to overcome stress, I believe there is a way to overcome frustration. We should look at frustration as a entity that forms from depression, disappointment, aggression, and anger. It can somewhat become so over-bearing on the mental state that we act out disregarding solutions, dealing with troubles causing absolute isolation or violence.

I believe there is a way to overcome stress, I believe there is a way to overcome depression. One thing we can do is stay physically active and do things like run, swim, and climb, walk, or even do things like go to the spa and relax... 

Be Active and Enjoy it. 
Doing very active work like marathon running, group activities will help a whole lot, and putting on those athletic shoes will change your perspective towards enjoying being physically active.

I don't think it matters much about your size and shape as people that are overly judgmental believe. If you can complete a small challenge at home you can complete a few physical activities outside. Undermine the stress that rises to drain your energy, and overcome depression.
