After doing some light research on blueberries I found there are major benefits within the health properties. It’s widely known for preventing cancers and lowering risk of heart disease. It's also considered the number one antioxidant compared to 60 other fruits and vegetables, studies show that blueberries help lower the risk of developing age-related diseases.
Blueberries are full of nutrients like vitamin K, vitamin C. manganese, and fiber. There are plenty more ingredients to add to the list which is amazing. All which strengthens you're entire body. New trends like vitamin K play a central role in bone and heart health. It's one of the main vitamins involved in bone mineralization and blood clotting. This is very good news for anybody that takes eating fruit seriously. blueberries are known to enhance your mood also. I'll admit eating a bunch of blueberries kind of made my mood better.
