Every healthcare provider is strategically trying to reduce the amount of people with addictions because the death tolls aren’t getting any better. It's an alarming rate of opioid deaths in New York City right now. I've created plenty of articles attempting breaking down opioids and it's addictive qualities. Even the president of the United States understands how much of an epidemic these synthetic drugs conjure. In New York for the first half of 2017, 711 people have died from overdoses. officials believe 82% of those deaths related to opioids . In 2016, 1374 people have died from overdoses.
